Did you know that “Washoku” is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage? Washoku is the fifth food-related Heritage. The ESL class learned about the reasons why Washoku was selected as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and also did presentations regarding a specific Washoku dish. We enjoyed learning about this interesting topic, and hope to share this Cultural Heritage to people worldwide.
